The Explosive Pack is a combination of GOATA movements and light plyometrics, designed to improve fast-twitch while maintaining healthy movement patterns. While it’s not required, it is highly recommended that you spend time on phase 1 and 2 before starting. To do these movements properly, your body needs to be decompressed and you need to have a solid foundation to work off of.

The assessment breaks down and highlights the clients movement deficiencies as well as the positive aspects of their movement. Simple breakdowns of a client squatting, running, hinging, and a few other basic movements, can tell me everything I need to know about what may be causing pain or injury, and exactly what we need to do to address the problem. The assessment is fully virtual. The breakdown will be shared via email and will be fully accessible at any time.
